About "A square cake" puzzle (Puzzles of the Month, June 2001, Puzzle #1):
I wonder how comes you give the following complicate solution for slicing a square quake into 6 equal parts with 3 strait cuts instead of the most evident and simpler one:

Our answer: Dear Alkis Piskas, you are perfectly right, thanks for having pointed it out! But this method has the advantage to allow you to cut the cake either into pair or into odd numbers (larger than 3) of portions.
