Decorative semicircles
The 3 curvilinear shapes illustrated below allow to make numerous tiling dispositions. Can you prove that the first 2 semicircular figures are of the same area and have the same perimeter?

Let's close the subject with a question: is it possible to transform an ellipsoidal shape into a disc? (cf. to the diagram below)
